Behind the scenes and BIG hair!

Our latest bridal shoot was shot on location at Lilianfels in the Blue Mountains. Seriously amazing venue!!

The entire crew were lucky enough to spend the night there and never wanted to leave (not to mention making the rest of the office rather jealous!)

Our Fashion Director Elana says "This venue is the ultimate home away from home, complete with an indoor heated pool, billiards room and lush landscaped grounds. We were treated to a perfect Spring day in Katoomba; crisp and fresh in the morning with gorgeous sunshine.  Perfect for our eccentric English bridal shoot."

Now, you'll have to wait for our February-April 2012 issue to see the final shots (yes, we do work quite far in advance) but in the meantime here are the behind the scenes shots to keep you entertained.

The model Marta sat patiently through 3 and a half hours of hair and make-up to achieve the amazing hair, and it was worth every second. Starting off with straight, blonde hair, just look at the final product!

Elana got us the inside info, "hair and makeup artist Emma Haddock created the look by winding Marta’s hair into ‘S’ bend curls while Corrie Bond, our photographer captured the style of our shoot with her unique, creative and feminine approach"
