Valentine's Day newlyweds win Las Vegas honeymoon!

 Off to Vegas! Annette Twemlow and Ross Ogilvie were married on Valentine's Day.

'How I Met My Partner' launched in December 2010 seeking couples who were prepared to get married in Sydney on Valentine's Day 2011 in order to win the ultimate honeymoon to Las Vegas.

Annette and Ross were the chosen competition winners out of a field of entrants who submitted stories via the 'How I Met My Partner' Facebook page.

The newlyweds won a prize package worth more than $10,000 which included; a wedding in Sydney’s Botanic Gardens with theming by Angelic Events & Design and designer wedding cake from Planet Cake, plus a seven night honeymoon in Las Vegas including return flights from Sydney to Las Vegas flying United Airlines, accommodation at Vdara Hotel & Spa, tickets to see Cirque du Soleil’s The Beatles: LOVE and “O”, breakfast at Silk Road at Vdara Hotel & Spa, dinner at Sage at ARIA Resort & Casino, dinner at Picasso at Bellagio, VIP entry to HAZE Nightclub at ARIA Resort & Casino and VIP entry to Bank at Bellagio.

Valentine’s Day is one of the most popular days to get married around the world, especially in Las Vegas which issues more than 100,000 marriage licenses issued annually.
