marie claire magazine has recently launched a campaign called 'Shine a Light,' aiming to end the stigma associated with depression and mental illness in Australia.
A shocking one in five women will suffer from depression in their lifetime, so let's do our bit to squash the stigma and judgement attached to this illness.
