Former Project Runway USA star Christian Siriano let slip recently via Twitter that he would be designing a line of wedding gowns exclusively for American retailer Nordstrom. Since then, the post was removed and speculation continued until Nordstrom confirmed last week that the collection will be going ahead!Great news for all you Christian Siriano fans.
The exclusive designs will be available throughout selected Nordstrom stores across the USA as well as online (and yes, they ship to Australia!) and should be available from the beginning of March.
Although currently unavailable you can view one of the gowns here. 'Artful pleating shapes the fitted sweetheart bodice of a silk satin gown, fit for a fairy tale, which flows into a skirt of two oversized tiers accented at one hip with a wispy organza rosette,' the retailer describes.
Winning the show in 2008, Siriano was the youngest contestant at 26 years of age to win, and he now has a long list of celebrity fans, Heidi Klum being one who wore a custom design to the Emmy's last year. You can see the pictures here.
